You might have to have a valet to run cars down the street or to another lot. 6. Do you have enough restrooms? you want to have enough restrooms and this is easily solved by renting several portable restrooms . No worries – porta-potties have come a long way and you can order them at varying levels of fancy. From your basic construction site model all the way to a fully electronic model with robots!! 7. Who will clean up after the event? A great idea would to have family and close friends hep you out and tear down the event for you. No bride and groom want to clean up right after their wedding. Family usually wants to help out so see if they would be willing to tear down afterwards. 8. Where will the photo session take place? Do you have a nice area to take photos-- is it aesthetically pleasing?You don’t have to have this in your backyard but a place near by that you could easily travel to-- within reason.
